How does it work?

1. Upload your 3D file
   Add your STL or 3MF file when placing your request.
2. Choose your preferences
   Let us know your preferred color, material, quantity and any other important details.
3. We review your design
   We check whether your model is suitable for 3D printing. If adjustments or additional information are needed, we’ll contact you before production.
4. Your design is printed
   Once everything has been approved, we’ll carefully print, inspect and prepare your order for shipping.

Pricing

The final price depends on several factors, including:

• The dimensions of the model
• The amount of material required
• The estimated printing time
• The selected material and color
• The number of prints
• The complexity of the design

After reviewing your file, we will confirm the final price with you before production begins. We will never start printing without your approval.

Accepted file formats

For the best and fastest result, please upload one of the following formats:

• STL
• 3MF

Other 3D file formats may also be accepted. If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, please contact us before placing your request.

Available materials and colors

Most designs can be printed in PLA, which is ideal for prototypes, displays, decorative models and many everyday applications.

Other materials or specific colors may be available upon request. Availability depends on the design and intended use of the product.

Please mention your preferred color and intended use when submitting your design.

Important information

• Your file must be a finished, printable 3D model.
• This service does not automatically include designing or modifying a 3D model.
• Small adjustments may be possible for an additional fee.
• Visible layer lines are a natural characteristic of 3D printing.
• Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and the available filament.
• Exact dimensions and tolerances cannot always be guaranteed due to the nature of 3D printing.
• Production time depends on the size, complexity and quantity of your order.
• Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or were produced incorrectly.

Design rights and prohibited items

By uploading a file, you confirm that you own the design or have permission to reproduce it.

We reserve the right to refuse designs that infringe intellectual property rights, contain illegal content or are unsafe or unsuitable for production. We do not print functional weapons or prohibited items.
